Tank won't be stepping in when he throws his hard shots so it's a totally different problem for Haney. I think it's a hard to predict fight honestly.

I think Loma can beat Haney. I see the holes in his game that Loma can exploit. For 1 Haney abandons his jab late, he freezes when he gets clipped, and he doesn’t fight well on the inside - his 1st instinct is to hold on & in doing so he gets a little defensively irresponsible. George was able to get in range a lot easier than you would think but once he was inside he didn’t know what to do. He also never puts his hands up to defend just tries to fire from the hip. Which left him wide open all night since he keeps his head on the line way too much. George isn’t a power puncher but kept trying to load up and catch Haney with single shots. Just a terrible game plan with no adjustments made when things weren’t working
loma will get around that jab and land clean shots his footwork will be key Ortiz was firing speedy combinations that looked good but weren’t landing and we clearly see haney isn’t like that so I got loma in this fight footwork and angles. After the first fight, I felt Kambosos only chance was to completely sell out and go after Haney, taking 3 to get his 1 or 2 in. It's clear that he was never going to outbox him. And Haney just put on an even better clinic than the first time.
Keeping distance with Haney was one of the main reasons he got dominated the first fight. Kambosos did better here it was way more competitive both bled but still Haney won 10-2.
Focusing on the jab and keeping the distance? That's what got him destroyed. He needed to CLOSE the distance, but he couldn't do it. He doesn't have the skills to do it. Plus, Kambosos stays on his front foot with a low guard. For someone with a killer jab like Haney, that was what I call "boxing suicide." It was as if he had decided that that night he was going to show the world that he can eat a 1,000 jabs and not touch the canvass.
