I dare you to to explain how that even remotely explains this. Your entirety proof is the fact that it said “deep” the Mariana’s trench can fit most Everest. Is that not deep ? It makes no specific claims to this specific discovery. Stop using generalized generic wording to match what you want. It’s always so convenient but explains nothing.
The Bible is so vague and contradictory, it can be used to prove anything. I would think that the almighty could have been a better writer and Historian.

The water coming from the fountains of the deep ( Noah's flood) verse is Genesis 7:11 ... using a search for the word earth I couldn't find one saying the earth was flat.

I’m not surprised, as in Genesis with the story of the Flood, it says the fountains of the deep opened up.
This water had nothing to do with floods. The ice sheets melting did. This water cycle has been here for billions of years. Our understanding of our reality grows through using the scientific method. Believing in God or not is independent of this.

She said 700 Km deep. The Earth's core is 2900 Km or so. The amount of water mixed into rock has been know for some time, but I imagine how the the cycle works, the water's origin, etc. is ongoing research.

Thats not really the issue with there being a flood. It never has been, the earth is already mostly covered in water (seriously most maps are oriented to make it not clear but look at a globe from the under side, its insane!)

It makes a lot of sense. Continental subduction should allow water to move under the plates. I would imagine that the same water replenishes our oceans in the same way.
Makes one think, Mars used to have continental plates moving just like Earth does now. Did the oceans their simply stay underground when the plates stopped moving? Is the oceans still there but all of it deep under ground?

Regarding the water discovery, I am wondering how did S-waves even pass through mantle if it had water all this while? Only P-waves can pass through solid as well as liquid state, not S-waves. This is how we came to a conclusion that the core is either semi-liquid or liquid. What now? How did both P-waves & S-waves travel all this while as per the scientific community?

It is because the water is not in a liquid state, but chemically bound to a solid mineral, and because of the unimaginable heat and pressure at a depth of 700 km, behaves very differently than surface water or groundwater. Both P waves and S waves will see it as a semi-solid.

Then from there keep diving deeper. Look into videos people have up discussing what proof we have of a global flood occuring. From there, you should catch on. We are lied to on a daily and taught not to see evidence of the old world. Even taught to think Aliens came down rather than to see and know truth. Cause they know exactly where and who it would lead people to. Don't take my word for it. You love knowledge so much, this should be a fun deep dive for you. Think of condensation, what’s the by product? Water!!!!. The core is hot, heat dissipates at levels. The elements break down along the way like a distillation tower in a refinery. Along the way we get oil, water, gas, etc etc etc.
Due the extent more than 2000 km of the mantle below earth crust, the hydrated salts carry more H2O than twice the volume of all the oceans combined. Not liquid but crystals of water of hydration.
This answers the question of "where did all of the water from Noah's flood go?" So much for the alleged water shortage the climate people are trying to push.
I think the water from the flood is mostly still here on the surface. if the Earth was smoothed out, it would be covered by an ocean 1.7 miles deep. The tallest mountains today weren’t here before the flood. The video said that the “water” is bound up in minerals at the bottom of the lower mantle, which is 400 to 500 miles down. If it were possible to dig down that depth, it would explode in steam. I’m pretty sure.
