Finally found it! My friend and I used to play this on my NES knockoff console back in 2008. IIRC, the cartridge listed the game's name as 'Yes Yes' or something. Never knew it was fucking Luping III.
Here I'm now . After so many years. I remember borrowing the cartridge from my cousin . He said this Arthur Robin was one of the best games. And I found this very hard to play. Nostalgia is hitting me hard . Oo Man can't thank you enough for uploading this.

The title translates to "Lupin the Third: Pandora's Legacy" The dude in the green jacket is Lupin, the samurai with the sword is named Goemon and the dude with the pointy beard, hat and gun is named Jigen
The game wasn't hard except that china stage.since I did not understand japanese i entered each and every door and this is how i cleared that china stage.

I'm not an anime person,but I have come across Famicom based anime games that I had no idea were Famicom based anime games since I got these in the '90 from an import shop way before people even really knew what anime was. While Lupin is not as frustrating as the Famicom Disk System Dirty Pair game it's up there with controller breaking cheap deaths, there's challenging gameplay and then there's just cheap gameplay
