Hallelujah! Finally! I been waiting years for this! You finally did it Sheila, awesome and thanks! Good on Anna for giving you an excuse and vehicle to share your experience with Roselle wine making. I've watched her channel for years but I am so behind on her videos as well as I am on yours. I sold my place and bought another in 2021 so I been very busy with all the moving and developing my new homestead. Off topic, I love all the tools I bought from Hoss Tools in 2021, which was double wheel hoe and many other implements and tools. Hopefully I can buy the drip system this year.

My dad used to make wine back in the 70s. My sister, brother, and I would pick the blackberry, elderberry, and rose hips, but we never got the wine. Under aged. Thanks for sharing.

My Grandpa used to put cherries or grapes in a huge jar in the fridge covered with plastic.
