🔹 This video showcases what I believe to be the best dimetrodon build, this is a very bleed focused build and requires precision when picking when to attack. Of course I don’t know everything so if you believe I’m wrong, feel free to comment
🔸What’s the game?
- The game is Path of Titans, It is an MMO dinosaur video game currently in active development for home computers and mobile devices fully compatible with cross platform play. Play as one of 18 core dinosaurs in a rich ecosystem filled with complex AI creatures and up to 200 other players. I'd love to see you do builds for other new creatures like Inostrancevia (what you called a turd on legs), Mosasaurus and even Tenontosaurus to name a few

@@paxlashI think it’s pretty good. it has a strong bite, that’s what causes the damage. it may be tiny, but it’s tough
Wiggling also helps break other players’ ankles and give you the opportunity to get behind them or reset so that they’re not on your tail anymore

I would say mosa mainly because it can literally launch a spino out the water not to mention the subspecies attacks and other stuff this thing has. Edit: yes I liked my own comment

The best midtiers in my opinion is Maip and the Kelenken.
I would’ve liked to see those ones go up against the dimetrodon to see how it stacks up against those two. I feel like Kel is better than dimetrodon, but idk!

With my Dimetrodon I killed 2 PT Rex’s, a sub adult Giga, and 1 random Kryptops that randomly joined in by itself, Dimetrodon is definitely pretty OP for its size can’t lie but I love the mod. Only thing I don’t like is the sail but that’s just a personal preference and a nitpick.

Can u do torvo build next. If you don't pick the venom bite in the build, then you can do two shorter builds and fights. You don't have to because this is your channel but I LOVE venom bite
When I first used dimetrodon I was in a group of 3, we were taking down ampelosaurs and rex’s.
Maybe make one of these for dilo next now that PT has given it some more love recently?
I love the idea of bleeding something out but it can take a while. Something always jumps in too.

I feel for roght now, it's fairly straightforward, being double defence with the defense call for solo play.
Sadly, the bleed claw attack it has is a little funky, in that it only applies one second. That, and every tenontosaurus will always have the same attacks. Either a bite or headbutt, a tail swipe, a tail slam, the claw attack, and a hind kick. You also have rallying call for a Bars style defence boost and stampeflde to bump up its, frankly, lackluster dps. 5% attack for 10 defence is just not worth it, and I think the speed sense is bugged, as I can't feel out a difference between going for the defence sense or the speed sense. Additionally, 25% armor with no penalty is too good not to have imo.
Pluuus, unlike the Dimetrodon here, the tenontosaurus is honestly pretty damn balanced, as it's like an Iggy and a Lamb had a kid with a cartoonishly long tail. In that it works best in groups, but solo, it isn't exactly winning any medals by comparison to its iggy cousin. However, the sheer girth and range of its tail is nothing to scoff at whatsoever.
If anything, tenontosaurus, I believe anyway, doesn't have a specific build, but rather a specific playstyle you'd wanna build towards.

Now, with the speed hide being redone to where it only removes lacerate, instead of nerfing turn radius, would it technically be more worth while to run that as a side-grade? Or double-down on bolstering the laceration, even if it also cuts down on speed.
Also forgot about its new Hiss ability, as for right now, it has no cooldown, and so long as you have the stam, you'll effectively have a permanent 20% damage reduction, which might come in handy for apexs, letting the bleed do alllll the work lol

I tried the dragging bite and i feel it is very good coupled with ripping bite, it helps a lot by creating very short trades, what do you think of it ?
I think that a quick bite is always good to have BUT there are exception to this. I haven’t played that combo much tbh but it sounds fun
If the goal is to inflict mass bleeding I think it might be better since it improve your bleed against the target of 15% plus deals knockback, allowing an easier ripping bite next to it@@nvGunn

God this hurt my brain, that Rex especially. If they had another brain cell Dime would be toast. Most of the the mid tiers at least seemed fine, but still just the fact that they chased ya even with heavy bleed just make me go,” Why? Ya got like 4 minutes of bleed, stop and crouch.” Just damn. Especially that Rex. 5 minutes they chased. So stupid. Dimes good but bad players help.

I agree with most of this but let me just say this:
10% stamina sub species, 10% speed hide, stam recovery and first tail ability.
You get 20% speed, you don't lose your 10% stamina recovery rate and you only have to deal with -10 turn radius. I love this but i wish we had an increase armour ability because our armour is shit.

@@nvGunn oh it is and with the dimes ability to take very little fall damage like cerato used to. it's fun to stack bleed then jump off a cliff, then go back up and get them when they sit down because they don't expect you to get back up so quickly.
I don't like how dime is just a better meg. It feels so anticlimactic and its also very op. Idk i just expected something better for all the time we waited 😕

@@erianpeterson3431 I wasn't really keeping up with it's progress but still why did they give it dive? Giving dime dive makes no sense. And for me some parts of it just feel lazy and not thought out. But that's just my opinion

I prefer a landbase Dimetrodon build cuz I still think it's inferior in water compared to other aquatics.
