In Conversation With Nigel Huddleston MP

#iwill ambassador Lanai quizzes DCMS Minster Nigel Huddleston MP on the Power of Youth, in honour of Power of Youth Day 2022!
As the Minister for Civil Society and Youth, Nigel is responsible for the Government’s policies on volunteering and opportunities for young people - such as improving youth facilities and overseeing the National Citizen Service - but he also says he sees his role at ensuring volunteers and young people are represented all across Government. He is also responsible for Sport and Heritage, which often link to causes volunteers care about. He has been the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Mid Worcestershire since 2015, is a member of the National Trust and a patron of Evesham Abbey Trust, and has worked with his party’s youth wing as a vice-chair.
