I'm more of a fountain pen kind of guy but I'm gonna admit that these look really nice! I might ask my parents for these for Christmas :P They look so smooth and definitely a pleasant writing experience! Thank you for the review!
@@AlwaysAnalog You're welcome! Definitely looks like it! And I agree with what another commenter said that it looks like a Uniball Onyx but a ballpoint version. I've owned those and they are also good pens.
This pen is very famous and very popular. In India, before launch of pentonic, people always purchased 5 Indian rupee pens and considered anything above 5rupee as expensive. This pen was 10 rupee. And everyone's perspective changed because it was just so damn good.
It might be very inexpensive in us dollars and I believe 8-9 of these pens would cost one dollar but they're a quiet luxury of middle class here in india
Thank you, Vishankha. That's very interesting to know. I heard these are really popular in India, and it's nice to hear it from someone who knows. Thank you!
@@AlwaysAnalog there are pens like hauser XO, flair yolo which are equally popular!
What is the Ink in these?
How do you like this compared to the Jot pens you reviewed earlier?
Hi Linc Merc. This is a much better pen than the Jot. It writes much smoother and is more comfortable. Thanks!
Why it's not available in india I need it
The writing sound is satisfying 🤭😜
Use earphones or headphones for better experience 😂
Hallo suddenly found this video of your channel..Remember I commented on your parker jotter standard Stainless gt ball pen video....Yeah The Pentonic is very good Pen I'm a big fan of this pen..I use this pen for note taking...It has also a retractable variant which called Pentonic Br-t ❤
From the presentation and writing quality, this looks like a mid-range pen for the place it comes from, so it makes sense that it would be refillable. Third world countries are not quite as keen on making everything disposable, as a refill is cheaper than a new product and can really stretch a penny, which comes in handy when minimum wage is less than 200 US dollars per month.
Any chance of you reviewing the Pilot BPS pens? The 1.6mm Grip variant really gives gel pens a run for their money in my experience.
Hi Dinner-fork tongue! Yes, there are pens of lesser quality than these and many that are much better, but as an average everyday pen these are decent. Funny how in the US we wouldn't think of refilling a Bic Stic or Paper Mate pen. If I run across a single or small pack of the Pilot ballpoint pens I will give them a try. The 1.6mm would interest me. Thanks!
So I'm gonna assume that you are a millionaire and we are fortunate enough to witness your comment. maybe one day if We are lucky we might use your disposed pen🤫🤫🤫
Hello! I live in India and these pens are the go-to for everyone. Although, most of the schoolers here use gel pens but still, these are iconic. They are very cheap and come at a cost of Rs.10 per pen, which essentially is, $0.12 as of now.
Hi Madhup - these pens are just now coming into the US market. I really do like the way they write. I see why they are popular in India. Thanks!
Hi from algeria, Bruh just tell india keep making them ! Those pens are just amazing ! They look so good that when one has no more ink, i hold it in my collection box
I wish that I could buy these, but as I said in one of your videos, I live in Mexico. BiC and Papermate everywhere which lack the advantages of a gel pen.
Hi Lucius - I found these on Amazon. I've not seen them in any of the US stores. Thanks!
@@AlwaysAnalog These pens along with the Pentel Vicuña are one of a kind.
I got the pen they are 3 in the pack at OLLIE'S store for 1.99 I give them a try blue color.
Hi Jamie - Ollie's often gets interesting things in its school supply department. Give these a try - I like them. Thanks!
looks like a knock off of a Uni-Ball Onyx or something, just Ball point and not rollerball.
Hi B-Man. It does look sort of like a Uni-Ball Onyx and some other more expensive pens. Thanks!
That's 0.7
Hi - this one is the 1.0mm tip, but I did also review the 0.7mm version in another video: ua-cam.com/video/iMl-DdK77II/v-deo.html Thanks!
Hauser pens next
Its a german company. Stepped in indian market few years back and has been growing ever since
@@ashutoshkumarpati6875 It is the best pen!! Try Hauser fluidic ball or Hauser XO!!
After watching this video and reading these comments i am glad to know that Americans love Indian stationary products 🙏😀😀
Hi Rohit - I have really liked a lot of the Indian pencils and pens I've tried. Thanks!
