Playground Games has released a huge Forza Horizon 5 update to mark the 10th anniversary. Up details can be found below. seasonedgaming.com/2022/10/11/forza-horizon-5-10-year-anniversary-update-details/
@@LiteralCringe Of course we do, it's been in use for years. Samsung launched a 4K240hz monitor. Why is it so difficult for people on the internet to inform themselves?
Damn, thats some high fps lol, thanks for the uploads, not looking to get a 4090 but it helps to see how much percentage of the strength I'll need to reach my fps targets on my next gpu
What a card, quality is so sharp, it feels as if I am playing Forza Horizon 5, your gameplay is pretty good, this card is the perfect match for your gaming skills, kudos
Unfortunately there are no 4k 240Hz oleds around and that will not change for a long time until HDMI 2.2 becomes a reality or LG or samsung design a specific 4k OLED 240Hz monitor for DP2.0 (currently the oled panels are the same as their tvs, so it is hard to imagine that they invest this much just for monitors and tvs unfortunately don’t use DP).
B4B, could you run this again with the mod that enables ray tracing during gameplay please. Clearly got a lot of gas in the tank to have it run really well now!
Spectacular! For a person like me with a 5800x cpu, and targeting a 1440p res, is the 4090 literally useless.. ? Would it give me that much better perf than say getting at 3090ti? Once dlss 3 is in more titles that could be appealing too though.
It's probably going to be tough to get a 4090 as they are sold out everywhere. I doubt prices for 3090ti's will go down much, because of this reason. At 1440p you might want to wait and see what AMD has to offer. I could be in the minority here but I wouldn't pair your high end CPU with a last gen GPU. There is some value in not having to worry about components for the next 3 generations because of technology such as DLSS 3.0 that will keep on improving. Yet, price matters of course, as always.
Finally 4K max settings 144hz is achievable the RTX 4090 is awesome. My bro i have a reuqest try The Medium Native 4K RT ultra max settings i'm telling ya it will be a true test of the RTX 4090 the game gets ridicolous demanding in moments when there's transparent reflections which are ray traced
It's more than frames you look for, as an adult at least. I'd say this card is exactly that a 4k/120hz card. Any great quality TV has 120hz with HDR and Freesync/GSync/VRR meaning smooth and tear free gameplay
Can I ask why you and so many others who do benchmarking never have the MSAA on or have it on a lower setting than x8? A few people have said that you won’t notice the difference at 4k resolution. But I’ve found on Forza that when driving across fields, the detail doesn’t look as good. I’ve only got a RTX2080 and so yes the frame rate drops massively. But with a low msaa setting, I’ve actually found that I enjoy playing in 1440p with 8x msaa because the detail of the grass and also corn fields looks better. Does anyone agree? But could it just be because of the poor frame rates with everything maxed, that makes overall details look poor? But also curious why you don’t max out everything with the RTX 4090, I’m sure it is more than capable of running at very decent frame rates. I’d like to see you post a video with everything maxed out, and then I could watch it back on here in 4k, although not sure how much UA-cam would compromise things. The only game I found works ok with 4xmsaa in 4k is GTA V, because you can then use the other alias setting (Think it’s Nvidia’s own setting?) and can still get pretty decent image quality but with much better frame rates. Only other issue I have is watchdogs legion, if so have Ray tracing higher than low, the frame rates don’t seem jumpy, but when moving fast you get almost like slightly different shaded stripes on the road.
in the description you say water block is installed on your 4090, but in one of your previous videos you state you have no reason to water cool. So I assume your card is still air cooled? I have the tuff 4090 and it tops out at 67c. My EK block will be here in the coming weeks. Just impressed with the air cooled temps. My case is a Enthoo Pro 2 so plenty of air flow.
The 3090 does half of the fps that 4090 do and it's the same price as 4090 it's like nvidia showing the middle finger to everyone that bought the 3090 hahahahaha

I remember playing the first Horizon game at 1080p at 30fps. Look at how the times have changed
The moment you realize you need a new monitor since you won't see more frames than your 120hz tv 😃
The Acer Predator CG437 seems like viable option for 4090 owners. It can do 175hz HDR 1000 and it's 43 inches.
@@Rexperto6454 it has good specs, but its a VA panel, its not near Oled contrast quality.
We need 4K240 and 8K120 OLEDs! Both can be achieved with DSC, doesn't require DP 2.0. Hope they arrive in the next two years.
@@HeloisGevit Do we know how well DSC works? I don't want this to be another case of Chroma Subsampling.

Such a high framerate at 4k that it baffles me 4090 doesn't have DP 2.0. Hell the Intel arc gpus have DP 2.0 on them
The temperatures are phenomenal
My dude is pumping out the content! Keep it coming 🤙
Battlefield 2042 would be interesting to see.
Quantum Break will finally run the way it should 🔥🔥🔥

I don't know what I like more lol. The content itself, or drooling over your gpu/cpu temps! LOL.
How long did it take you to save up to get the 4090? Also, I'd love to see some GTA 5 gameplay. Keep it up!
I don't really remember, It has always been within my budget to be honest. I don't really like to talk about money, nothing good ever comes of it.
@@Bang4BuckPCGamer yeah no worries man! Sorry if it was too personal!
Your TV is bottlenecking now , Time to upgrade it ! 240hz oled :D

bro, what display for 4k 144hz 65" or+ do you recommend?

In afterburner bump voltage slider to 100%, that will give you 1.1v on card and you can breach 3ghz easy
Αnd gain what?
1 fps?
@@Silverbolt1981 Its more than that cuz he could try a higher memory oc and that should yeild a few fps more.. always worth a try

1440p on a 4090 is overkill, you're cpu bound and you'd be bottlenecking
@@x_apollyon2822 Thats my fear.

yeah, the frames are great, but God, what are those temps?
The hot wheels expansion is not optimized for 4090. I have encountered massive frame drops.
the gpu temps are as crazy as the speed.
is ur gpu liquid cooled ?
CPU is Liquid, GPU on Air...
Are you set a permanent gpu core and voltage in msi afterburner? ))
No, I just added +50% core voltage and +175MHz on the core and finally +500MHz on the memory
Is a big jump indeed, if you can you should try Total War Warhammer 3, its a very demanding game

ohhhh can you test Ark survival next bang4buck?
The card is a beast I watched all the video very impressed we looking for 8k ! Is it possible!!
can u test on nfs heat
Did u overclock it... Or that's auto boost?

OMG! Forza Horizon 5 in RTX 4090 ( 4K max detail ) is amazing :)
Stalker lost alpha dc test in 4k)
Thanks for the gaming test, I just buy the NEW ROG 4090, I will use your game setting in my gaming ❤
I rly wanna see metro EE maxed out RT :3
Same
Another game need 4K 165 hz :D
Do this one in 8k
Maybe Control 8k again with Ray Tracing and DLSS on & off? 😂
Not for 4k, it’s for 8k gaming or 5120x1440p like my 49” monitor gsync 240hz 😅
The big problem is outdated 1.4 displayport in 4090. That's big L for 4090. Dumbest Nvidia's decision ever.
Lol I get less fps than that in 1080 and not even in extreme with a 3070ti and a 5600x
Do you plan on upgrading your CPU to the i9 13k? Probably not necessarily honestly.

this is fake good stuff
FH5 has ray tracing?
Yes in Forza vista.
