This helped me fall asleep last night. Been battling insomnia due to medication. Now I'm off it and trying to get my sleep pattern corrected. This let me sleep for 7 hours. I feel so much better.
As someone with severe adhd and insomnia. This is the best sounding video for sleep only thing I wish would be after about 10 minutes it would turn to a black screen.
