Hi..I hv jst purchased this juicer. First time use, I hv two distinct observations. First juicer container assembly freely shakes while rotating. Second the rubber lid for juice outlet is not completely leak proof. Are both observations Normal
No its not, it should lock.. Rubber outlet stops all.the juice.. check with customer support..you will get some update.

It's not recommended from kuvings, but if you make small pieces of it then u can do it

Difference between b1700 and EVO 820 Please.
Evo 820 is more powerful and has multiple strainers to make smoothly, sorbet and juice. Finishing is superior in 820 also larger fruits can directly go inside without cutting.
Price is double.

I'm using a Hestia product. They are giving much better specs than kuvings evo series at a much cheaper price, so why not to support an Indian Brand. Kuving is not an Indian Brand they have a dealer in India, who can quit kuvings anytime then who's going to give the service.🤔🤔

i have received two straining filters .. are they same or is there any difference between them as sometimes the waste coming out is not very dry ..
I got only 1 , yes pulp is not very dry.. I have shown in this video as well, may be that is how its designed.
If u get dry seeds will get crushed and juice taste not good then..so it desighned perfectly

Sujata is not cold press juicer, its normal juicer. This is slow juicer and extracts juice by pressing the fruits.

No, pulp shouldn't come out from juicier part. Check the rubber lid, hope you have closed it at the bottom of container as shown in this video.
