    I always remember Björk saying it's pronounced "Byerk, rhymes with jerk".

    If you got into Björk, she has made an album with Arca called "Utopia", absolutely beautiful, opulent, baroque in a way.

    This is actually from Homogenic, released 1997!! Most of this album incorporates beautiful string arrangements with heavy electronic beats, but this one really doubles down on the electronics and is easily the harshest on the album. I highly recommend this album, it’s considered a masterpiece :)

    I just love how bjork is unafraid and unapologetic on this track. This collage of sounds, and the poetry of the lyrics, takes the listener to places in our mids that are unpleasent, but still exists, so we have to deal with it somehow. This is pure art.
    And the way that this was made in the 90's, a time where there was way more analogical styles of recording and mastering a track, it blows my mind, its just avant gard, totally ahead of its time and holds its quality to this age! Almost 3 decades later.

    Pluto is so much better live. The version from the Paris show on the Volta tour is amazing. The 10 piece brass band made up of all Icelandic women really add to the song. The one from the outdoor New York show synchronized to fireworks with a full orchestra backing her is crazy also

    This track is Sublime and Alluring in a Techno Electronica way . It sucks you in and Just lets you go Loose . This Album, Homogenic, is 💯👏👏. This track seamlessly transitions into to the Last track of the album, ALL IS FULL OF LOVE. I highly recommend Listening to it. They are so different yet complimentary in a Bjork sorta way.

    Great reaction, I love Bjork a lot too! She has so many great songs that it's hard to recommend something in particular... Maybe check Joga from the same album, it's much more melodic than this song but still has some "difficult" elements which you seem to like. Also Undo, it's a real tear-jerker and just gorgeous all around. From her more recent material I can recommend Stonemilker, also an absolutely beautiful song about her painful breakup

    Stevie Wonder used to sing "music is a world within itself, with a language we all understand". If you like it, you definitely understand it, man. Hope to see more Björk in your channel... I think you just reacted to three songs by her, which is clearly too little ;) Björk is a musical genius. The books on history of music should talk about her, now and in the future.

    Well, Björk does basically only experimental Electronica. Only her first two albums are relatively normal, but then again, 'Debut' brought club music into Pop, and 'Post' brought a few more unused types of Electronica into Pop. 'Homogenic', her third LP, is when she started to double down on full experimental electronica. She never looked back. Her albums usually include one or two harsh songs like this one.
    I think the most extreme example is 'Storm', from her OST 'Drawing Restraint 9'. Her fans tend to consider that record her weakest, and have for a while, but I don't think many of them ever overlook that particular song as 'weak'.

    Hi, sir. I'm from Brazil and I knew your channel when you reacted to a Lana Del Rey's song (Mariners Apartmant Complex). I would love if you react to a brazilian song. Absolutely anyone! I have some brazilian's singers to introduce you like Elis Regina (a classic), Milton Nascimento and the marvelous Rita Lee. I hope you like it ;D

      Elis Regina: "Atrás da Porta", "Como Nossos Pais" and "Trem Azul";
      Milton Nascimento: "Tudo o que você podia ser", "Travessia" and "Cais";
      Rita Lee: "Doce Vampiro", "Mania de Você" and "Meu Refrigerador Não Funciona" (This one has a funny name and isn't particularly hers. She was from "Os Mutantes", an important brazilian band in the 60's. This song borned at its peak. Very recommended!!).
      About Elis, I recommend you react to her live shows 'cause she overflows emotion! Here are some links:
