I could only imagine if they opened it to public it would be super filthy and lines would be like Disney land. Super beautiful , like being a kid In a candy store
It is open to the public btw. Not too busy on the weekdays. Saturday seems to be the busiest. But they have multiple cashiers and they will even help you load it to your vehicle if you have a large order. I go there all the time. If you really want to see it busy, go when they have Gearfest in person, so much fun they also have hundreds of vendors who set up tents outside to see as well.
Yes, not only can everyone do it, they will even bring items from the warehouse for you to check out if they don't have something on the floor you need to see. The whole store is designed for you to play with, try on, test out, etc. Everything you saw are the "demo" models. When you buy something they will get it brand new one from the massive warehouse of theirs next door to the music store. The piano he was playing was the $130,000 demo model I believe. Also, the drum kits he was playing, some of them were $8,000 to $10,000. They let anyone play them and I've had my 4 year old daughter give them a try.
