In computation of the cumulative taxable income sa qtr 4 nung naging vatable na yung tp, kasama din po ba sa deductions yung percentage tax expense for the 1st three quarters, assuming na binyaran na ni tp yung percentage tax na iyon before becoming a vat taxpayer? May nakita lang po kasi me na book na may kasamang ganoon sa illus po. Maraming salamat po!

Tama pagkakaintindi mo. You can look at Sec. 27 E.4 of the Tax Code You won’t see any reference to “Net Sales” in the Tax Code. Gross Sales in Tax = Net Sales in Accounting
