This thing have never worked properly ever since I’ve purchased a few years ago. I’ve only used it at least 5 times. It’s too expensive $2k to go to waste. I’ve had a $100 silver star industrial iron I’ve had for 12 years that still works great. I hope you can help me so that I can use it. My issue is always tons of water pouring out of the iron when the steam generates. If I hold the iron in the ironing position, water pours out 😢 please help me or provide a number of assistance. @@laurastaraustralia I’m in the United States. I spoke with a representative who wasn’t able to help me. I’m fuming 😡 because it’s a brand new iron “not used” that he stated I have to pay for service “per hour” to figure out what the issue is.

@@laurastaraustralia I already contacted them. They were no help. I wouldn’t recommend this product at all to anyone. I’m definitely leaving a review.
Do I need drain the water tank every now and then?
Yes the boiler should be flushed every 10hrs of use or once a month, there is a video showing this also
