That's a tiger shark, people have every right to fear those things. Tiger sharks aren't just like your regular sharks. They are more likelier to bite you and eat you than regular sharks.

The theory is when a shark realizes a person can be dinner they go after people more often. That may or may not be true but it happens with other animals, it’s not a stretch to say a shark could make a habit out of eating people. Do you think an orca would let a white shark get away with eating one of its own? Animals are just like people in allot of ways, they fall into habits and each individual can be entirely different, I am all for conservation but people should be on team people, not team wild animal. I find it absolutely unacceptable that Egypt, which earns billions of dollars from tourism, does not use modern methods to track and eliminate sharks not only for the sake of tourists but also for the sake of its citizens. Why don't they use drones to track and deter sharks. until the Egyptian government brings tourists evidence that it is actively killing sharks in large quantities, I will boycott vacations in Egypt until then. That attack happened almost completely off the coast of hotel resorts. Same goes for Australia. People must understand these dangerous predators numbers must be kept to absolute MINIMUM. Australia does very good warning job. it is widely known that you don`t go to ocean in random places. some just decide to ignore it. our tour guide from daintree forest told us, how alligator killed someone`s friend front of his eyes as he ignored the friend`s and everyone elses call not to go. tourguide also warne not to take regular walk on the beach because gators watching you from far and learning your behaviour
They shouldn't kill sharks, they should maybe just keep them away from the spots where tourists usually go. Maybe some barriers and such would do as keeping these guys at the minimum would severely impact the ecosystem.

This poor animal. They just killed a Tiger shark for no reason. This isn’t the shark in the attack. The odds of getting the same shark are extremely small. And the shark in the attack isn’t a serial killer. It was a guy swimming in a restricted area and an extremely unfortunate tragedy was the result. I find it absolutely unacceptable that Egypt, which earns billions of dollars from tourism, does not use modern methods to track and eliminate sharks not only for the sake of tourists but also for the sake of its citizens. Why don't they use drones to track and deter sharks. until the Egyptian government brings tourists evidence that it is actively killing sharks in large quantities, I will boycott vacations in Egypt until then. That attack happened almost completely off the coast of hotel resorts. Same goes for Australia. People must understand these dangerous predators numbers must be kept to absolute MINIMUM. After this video I can assure you swimmers will feel much more confortable in the sea waters of Croatia rather than Egypt.
Australia does very good warning job. it is widely known that you don`t go to ocean in random places. some just decide to ignore it. our tour guide from daintree forest told us, how alligator killed someone`s friend front of his eyes as he ignored the friend`s and everyone elses call not to go. tourguide also warne not to take regular walk on the beach because gators watching you from far and learning your behaviour
They shouldn't kill sharks, they should maybe just keep them away from the spots where tourists usually go. Maybe some barriers and such would do as keeping these guys at the minimum would severely impact the ecosystem.

That shark in that picture isn't the same shark that attacked and killed that Russian. Look at the footage were the shark took him by his head from the snout to its dorsal fin is significantly bigger than that juvenile tiger caught on the screen. That shark that killed that Russian was a big tiger shark

He stayed in camping areas he wasn’t supposed to during the season right before hibernation when bears are most actively hunting and aggressive. This is NOTHING like that. This poor animal. They just killed a Tiger shark for no reason. This isn’t the shark in the attack. The odds of getting the same shark are extremely small. And the shark in the attack isn’t a serial killer. It was a guy swimming in a restricted area and an extremely unfortunate tragedy was the result. And had any of these officials consulted with shark experts they would have learned that the shark is likely long gone and whipping up hysteria by killing sharks and claiming they got Jaws is not going to help anyone.
