Who is the builder?
Houses here in the South are way too high. My daughter can't find anything reasonable. Market is too greedy right now here. If we win the lotto lol.
Everything is high right now. It’s kind of insane.
The housing market prices are still up AND interest rates are through the roof. It’s going to be hard for people to afford homes they actually want to buy until interest rates go down.
@Danielle LaShawn it is scary...and very stressful. I feel sorry for middle class trying to hold it all up. Anyways enjoy your forever home. GODS blessings are wonderful.

How much did you pay for the house? It seems to have a lot of builder grade items and the basement is unfinished.
Danielle, it’s your choice how long it takes to pay off your mortgage. At least you can write off the interest on your federal taxes.
