i have a good area for sweetstuff/nexus i dont bother with growth as the cost of refining negates all possible profit lol but if you want to check there is a piece of land east of shinnock river outside of the land area all about that area plenty of it to be found.
I know the LA you speak of, it is untaxed currently and is indeed a great place for sweetuff. I didn't put that in the video by request and because I don't like to give away all my secrets. Players can explore on their own and figure out what resources are where I just posit the idea that one can profit from nutrio bars if they are savvy. 😀
I find a nice amount of sweetstuff with the TT finder on Treasure Island. It's a land area, but not taxed :)
