this video vs todays videos on this channel are night and day. glad to see its working out and the production value is getting better. im planning on making a lumber cart here soon, tired of storing stuff under the work bench
Very much appreciate you pointing out "things I probably would do differently", but I couldn't quite understand what you meant when you said; "I would cut the side plates back to an angle, I thought I would be leaning out a little bit more..." I particularly appreciated you saying you would use stringers instead of sheet, as that is the way I was thinking but needed confirmation.
I never saw a picture of the finished cart while unloaded so we could see all the detail. Trying to piece it together in my head from the various pieces you cut and the first shot where you have the car loaded but the back is obscured because of the 4x8 sheets.
Yea i'll be blatantly honest, this was just thrown together. So i wish i had an answer for you, there are some other awesome carts out there on the internet tho you should check out!
Great video and great project. Thank you! Did I miss the dimensions? Is it 3x6? Really need a rack, just trying to figure out the best base dimensions?
Hi john. Just a suggestion for future videos, is it possible for,you to slow down and speak up a little. I find it v difficult at times to make out what you are saying. Also adjust the angle where your camera is so we can actually see clearly what you are doing.
It’s crazy watching this old video 😄. I just did a search for rolling sheet goods cart, and this one popped up. You’ve come a long way, man.
