Tim Idk if everyone told you this but Sub Zero in this game is Bai Han the older brother who is killed by Scorpion He's younger brother is the one you guys remember The game give them different fighting style also the younger brother is Scorpion in this game instead of Sub Zero like in others
not sure if it's the same in mk1 but in previous mk's there was a trick to make all 'Test Your Mights' stupid easy. Start off tapping SUPER slow, and when it gets down to 3 seconds or so, then you tap really fast.

@@MortalMaster98 Oh okay wasn't sure if it was the same as previous one's. I remember from even MKX that this strat still worked. I still don't actually have MK1 myself so I wasn't sure. But that used to be the main strat for me. start off insanely slow and then go much faster afterwards, since the input reading would always try to put the indicated amount required just a little over or you current tapping speed. Once I learned that, I kinda stuck to that methodology, but if it is different in MK1, I would probably suggest using the 'middle finger' since that is the one FOR ME that is capable of tapping the fastest.

NGL, the area effects on MK1 are absolute BS. There is no skill involved that can protect you, just pure RNG. It's one big FU to the player that should have been brought up in QA and removed from the game. I do not understand how that got through even a single play test with a stakeholder at the studio.
for real though, them just blanking out the screen and hoping you move/block in an RNG way to survive in a mode that requires you not fail or it resets... Is Not Fun or demonstrative of any skill.

The smoke effect can and WILL interrupt your activation of the Fatal Blow. I've lost rounds because I activate it and immediately start coughing, breaking my character out of the blow.
