i remember in middle school after this episode aired i found a file of it & downloaded it on my ipod nano & would have it on repeat all day at school even tho it was only a minute & 30 seconds 😭 never understood why it wasn’t on the album, glad it is out now **edit** i hadn’t actually listened yet to the new version of this before making this comment, but it’s so much different than this one, i feel they made it to fit the sound of their new album but i wish they released it as a standalone single like paralyzed which was kept sounding true to the original track
Call me weird but I like the new mix a lot. it represents them who they are now as a band. listening to this and the new side by side, it really drives home they are older, and on the next chapter.. and a dark but weirdly beautiful reminder that our childhood is over. And its okay.. to as it were, take a shot in the dark.
I love this song and the group and I love how much James has changed since leaving Minnesota I mean he went from being a self centered jerk to a kind and caring guy who cared about Katie and her mom and the guys
