We were stranded for around 5days in Japan and the trip was cancelled. The Japanese are a great people, very sensible when faced with disasters and could see that that we were the priority giving us their much needed rations with little protest. i will.never forget the 16,000 that died that day r.i.p. No one id doubting that the British took D.C. in 1812, and burned many buildings, including the 'White House'. But to say they were "Canadians", is to rewrite history. Especially since the land was held by 2 separate European countries. The only "Canadians" were the "Inuit Eskimos". And I doubt they even knew D.C. existed, let alone where to find it.
