It's funny, because Mitsuri was taught by Rengoku, she derived her breathing style from Rengoku so the whole Rengoku being all "yih she likes u" was a mood. Also that snek is meeeee

Well, at first the pervert uniform maker gave it to every girl but then got beaten up, then the defective uniform gets burnt. But Mitsuri is too nice for that so she just kinda lives with it
