Although this game is pretty bad, an insult to the Front Mission games and probably to blame for never getting a Front Mission 6, I must say I thought this cinematic was fantastic.

An electric humvee would be pretty hard to replace as a general use military vehicle, imo. Like, yeah Halo has the warthog but thats more of a planetary expedition vehicle that has less cargo capacity and probably less towing power.

The bloc, which was created in 2019 out of another ASEAN-type organization called the Bangkok Economic Alliance, also has partial control of Huffman Island, which it shares with the USN. This island in the Pacific Ocean holds much significance in terms of natural resources, which has led to two major wars with the USN. Although regarded as an equal to the USN in many aspects, the OCU suffers from civil strife. Cambodia and Laoswere the first to rebel with the creation of an independence alliance as depicted in Front Mission 5. The People's Republic of Alordesh (formerly known as Bangladesh) was the next member to revolt, which is expanded upon in Front Mission 2. The OCU has been struggling to maintain unity since the events of the coup in Alordesh, the rebellions in Cambodia, and numerous civil disputes in other member-nations such as OCU Philippines. The OCU nearly broke up during an attempted coup in Japan, but this was stopped when news broke that the Okinawa Ocean City was invaded by the DHZ military in Front Mission 3.
This is terrible. The intro from Front Mission 4 on the PS2 looked way better than this. And I'm not talking about textures. The way this is presented is sloppy and shakey and just terrible. No sense of what the hell they're doing. Where as FM4 intro everything was clear and the camera angles showed you the action. The mechs felt like they had weight to them. FIRE whoever greenlit this shit.
I'm not trying to excuse a filthy game like this but to be fair about 80 years past between the events of front mission 4 and this one. Maybe there's some newfangled technology that somehow let these things move more naturally. And then there's the fact that most times you're looking at them they are dashing and not regular walking.
considering that these are only a tad larger than a Titanfall titan, i wonder who'd win in a head to head faceoff.
I'd say in mobility, Wanzer will win. But durability and skills, it will be Titan's. They have energy shields and abilities.

I love the Front Mission series, but I hate to say that FM:E was perhaps the most poorly balanced and developed of the games.
