You always give in to the older child when it cries, leave it alone, let it cry it won't harm it, same goes for the twins. I know you're trying your best, but the older child knows how to get what it wants, it cries you pick it up. If you don't solve the above problem with the older child and you decide to keep it you will have major issues with it.
You only bring a small amount of produce to sell because of the load you already carry..maybe build some thing with 2 wheels to put your product on so u can carry those precious babies easier.

Sorry I thought it was a boy. But this happened to me in California. I was nursing my boy, and a neighbor was taken into the hospital. She asked me to take care of her son. She was nursing and so was I. So made baby bottles with nursing milk. I had to eat more mile protein, and more chicken, cheese ,and dairy products. It helps me also to make morel milk.

If you should decide to keep the child you need a stroller or cart rather then trying to carry them. That will certainly zap your strenght. You already have twins to take care of it's a lot more than you can probably handle, but you're doing very well at it. That older baby Cries, non-stop and you can see why the mother probably was beside herself and left the child. I didn't say it was right, but the child was more demanding and the mother wasn't strong enough. Take the abandoned child to the authorities and let them find a foster home who are More capable of taking Care of the Baby. You have enough on your plate.
