The actual upload is superb and not a single cue 'blip' or jump. The balance slightly favours the stage but the orchestra is never overwhelmed. There is some evidence of tape damage and sound fade but this is rare. Many thanks for making this valuable sound document available. Great work.
Thank you for this interesting recording. I have to object though to the cuts in the music, history and singing lesson early in act three. This exchange is the climax of the whole piece and there’s really no excuse for cutting as much of it as was cut here.
