An AUSSIE here, a few months ago two of us rode 4600 km’s in Remote Western Australia, one of the bikes was the 450 Himi, stock except for tyres and larger screen. In this part of the World you are remote, self sufficient ie fuel, water have to be carried ( fuel carried should at least be 400 kms worth plus full main tank ) you are on your own. We rode the GUN BARREL HIGHWAY ( suggest researching this rd ) it’s notorious for destroying suspension, damaging 4x4’s and off road campers. The RE took all this in its stride, sure we didn’t race the bike or flog the guts out of them ( these bikes need to get you home again ) the RE suspension showed its limits ( any OME on most bikes will ) the short side stand is a pain. Other than that, this bike never broke down, nothing feel off other than the stupid OME mirrors loosening. This bike i believe is a good all rounder, not perfect but will take you any where you wish, from long black top rides to remote rides. Treat the bike with respect and you will be pleasantly surprised of its capabilities.
I have one and it’s awesome! It’s my 1st bike and I’m very happy with it so far. Very versatile and easy to ride. Can’t wait for better weather next year. Nice video!
Great video for the new Himi. I have the 411 and your shop is the only place locally that consistently has the parts I need. Awesome place with even better people. Also, it was cool that you rode this to the Devil's Staircase to show it off. Keep it up.
I installed some Kenda Big Bock 50/50 tires, and they completely transformed the bike. It feels really good on the highway, and off-road, it is amazing now.
Alpha Cars, a Royal Enfield dealership in Massachusetts. has the Bear in stock. So I would guess Throttle Company either has the Bear in stock or will be getting them very soon.

That 450 is hurting my feelings. I love it.

Very nice and complete informative video.

From Broward, FL
Enjoy it
Love this full circle video!! I first came across your channel because of the In The Loop episode with the 411! Congrats on the growth
Thanks for watching!
i applaud you for having demos at your dealership. I hate my area because no dealerships have demos.
Thanks, it’s a lot of money, work, and risk, but we think it’s important. Who would buy a bike without test riding it first?
This thing looks like a modernized KLR
Has anyone eaten any of that Himalayan stew yet... found him a layin in the road
This is the kinda bike imma gonna chose in an apocalypse world to get me outta city
There is no right or wrong when it comes to looks. Tastes tend do differ.
I love the looks though.
Except in this case.
Wait, so the bear hasn't reached there yet?
