In spring Greece is very lush. And even this driest island group (the cyclades) is green. Most touriat film when Greece has received 2-3 months of perfect sun and not much rain. But its very different in fall, winter and spring

But I truly love Greece for all its islands and mainland. They are breathtaking and all different. Aside from many unknown islands that will surprise many people with their own spectacular beauties, it's the mainland that is one of the biggest surprises though. Greece is 80% mountains and mainland Greece is just like the islands overly filled with beauties, diversities of all kinds. 20% of all of Europe's Ultra peak mountains can be found in Greece. Ultra peak mountains are mountains that rise more than 1500 meters above it's lowest surrounding region. And with 80% mountains in Greece the views are truly great and wondrous around every corner. Spring (aside from winter and fall for their own beauty) is therefor a heaven in Greece as the mountains are still white, and the fields are green and lush, and overfilled with tapestry of flowers. It's not for nothing a botanical paradise and the herb garden of Europe. Anyway. Lot's can be said about Greece all the way up to geological paradises or that Greece is one of the most natural hotspring rich countries on the planet with over 800 natural hotsprings, and so on.
