Heute möchte ich euch mein neustes Werk präsentieren. Es ist der M1151 Humvee von ACADEMY in 1/35. Ich habe das Fahrzeug zusätzlich mit vielen extras aufgerüstet. ich hoffe es gefällt euch.

The model looks fantastic! But after working on these things for a few years, I have to tell you, the inside of the doors are desert tan, except for the insulation, pull handle, locking handle and window knobs, all those are black and the windshield wipers are also black.
The carc paint used on these vehicles is a special non reflecting paint, no parts of the HMMWV is reflect light. I've never see a turret (Mctag) cover like that before, they usually come with a folding bonnet cover. Thanks.

At 27:09 - when I was in Iraq we used to string 550-cord between the support beams overhead and we would clip the radio handset to that. Well at least until we got headsets, and the M1151 came with headsets. The blueforce tracker looks good too! I nee to get this model its pretty damn good.

Gefällt mir richtig gut, was du aus dem Bausatz gemacht hast. Man sieht auch gut den Unterschied zwischen den Bausatzreifen und dem Resin Reifen. Bau und Lackierung ist dir sehr gut gelungen. Bei dem Resin Teil hätte ich noch vermerkt, das man eine Staubschutzmaske tragen sollte, bei der Verarbeitung, den da entsteht feinster Staub, der sich beim einatmen in der Lunge festsetzt und Krebs erregen kann.

Markus68Scale danke Markus, ja die paar € mehr war es wert. Ja das mit dem Resin hätte ich erwähnen können. Ich verarbeite es nur draußen an die frischen Luft mit Maske. Und schleifen tue ich es nur nass. MfG der Ben

Thanks a lot mate. you can certainly achieve a good result. if you do not have an airbrush, then take a Tamiya spray can in the appropriate color.

Cool the whole turrets PE! Iv just built the meng British husky absolutely fantastic kit only problem I had was right at the very end the inside armored door cards were to big for the inner frame so have had to cut n sand the bottoms of the front door panels down a fairly good bit and the top of the outer front doors had to be cut down to fit! I am displaying it with the doors open there suicide doors but they open and close so just for my peace of mind I wanted them to fit either way it would have bugged me to know they didn't fit the frame but stunning once all done and weathered this and the mraf is next for my diarama and my Bradley

Try make a Generation Kill version by removing the turret shield, maybe remove the Roof and the doors of the humvee and add a few rucksacks, Jerry cans and some ammo cans, maybe add a scratch made storage rack
Hello. I can not change the vehicle anymore, it's already in a diorama.
Great video. But one thing to notice…
The magazines; I don’t know anyone that actually had Bational Geographic magazines in their vehicles.
Of personal experience; we mostly had magazines like Maxim, FHM, along with the more adult magazines like Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, etc…
Not knocking it, but I doubt you’ll have a 19 year old soldier in the middle of combat reading National Geography, dreaming of topless Polynesian Native girls.
Just sayin’… LOL.

It's not that easy, I bought everything individually online.
The Humvee is from ACADEMY, you can buy it anywhere online.
After the Legend LF12A6 Rhino Anti IED Device for Humvee and the Humvee O-GPK set Legend -LF1192 you have to look online yourself.
