I can't help but wonder... On MRE's there are warnings about using the heating packs in an enclosed or non ventilated space... Because they let out noxious fumes... Are these different so they are indoor safe? Is there a section of instructions that state to cook these with the window open? The likelihood of me finding one nearby so I can read for myself is slim, hence the question

There’s also non spicy self heating foods. There’s a brand called zhi hai guo or I think that’s how it’s called. It has rice, veggies, and meat.
Haidilao is such a unique place! Their service is reallly good! Sometimes there might even be mouthwash in the restrooms! I’d recommend the corn in the little appetizer/ treats area! So good 😊

I brought these camping once. If you eat them outdoors, be warned that the smell will cause every insect in a 5 mile radius to dive bomb into your soup. I wasn’t able to eat more than a few bites 😂

The heating process is pretty cool, but after a few bites, it’s almost inedible because of how spicy and salty it is. That may not be the case if you’re eating just the noddles and veggies.

I got this for my brother and his girlfriend. They said it was great but it set off a carbon monoxide alarm. They would recommend it but definitely set up outside
at a sale with $9.50 ,its way too expensive for my indian soul😅
we used one of these at my house like 5 yrs ago and it set off the carbon monoxide detector and the fire department had to come to figure out what cause the detector to go off and then the found the package in the garbage was the source sooooo
Dont heat in confined spaces it releases hydrogen gas and is very flammable in a confined place it builds up in the room and if you make the tiniest spark it can explode

It’s a cool idea and I thought it was fun to make , but the flavor wasn’t there and it was a different kind of spicy that left your throat feeling weird… not spicy that I needed water like Thai chili’s , but a burning sensation in the throat
