I see your name is Gandhi and I totally agree with you. Amin was a really Hitlerish, but on a smaller scale. He killed an estimated 250,000 Ugandans were killed over his 8 year reign and if he hadn't expelled the Asians, a sizeable number of them would have suffered the same faith.
Let's not forget that neignbouring Kenya took in 2,500 of the Asians expelled from Uganda. So it was an Amin problem, in addition to the role the British played, which is another story in itself.

Zambia is the best example, because there is no such thing as a "Zambian". Our borders were drawn by the British. We have 72 tribes so no one can claim they are more Zambian than another. All our tribes, including Indians, came from somewhere else at some point in the past. We were brought together to form a nation. One Zambia, One Nation. 🇿🇲🤝🏽

There is no caste system in Africa society
50 years on, and in Britain. One would still question whether they're integrating in the UK. Certainly hitting the high targets (Prime Minister, Chancellor, Home Secretary roles), but integrating into into the wider community of all social-economic sections?
The business & community models Indians are great. The problem is they're too great. They work together, share knowledge, and maintain their connections to their motherland (Gujaratis/Rajastanis), many -walas have connection to the centuries old precious stone cutting in India. This greatness is great. But deployed in a nation where 99% of the population, are impoverished and uneducated results in the obvious. Those with knowledge will dominate, and those without knowledge will remain perpetually at the bottom.
This is the case everywhere, but the difference is usually the ruling class, the middle class, and those at the bottom represent more fairly the local indigenous population. In this case we're saying while China's Elites were Chinese, and India's Elites were Indian, Africa's Elites were not African but either White or Indian. It's not hard to see how in the post WW2 era with all the developing nations pulling themselves out of colonialism and starting their own fresh journeys would want their nations to, let's just say look a little 'less colonial' in the makeup of who runs the economy.
I'm not saying this was the best approach to address an economic inequality, and certainly when this issue was faced in post-hyper inflation Nazi Germany, that was a terrible, disgusting approach to address these inequalities. But no other part of the world would, be it Indian sub-continent, East Asia, Middle East, Europe would tolerate 90% of their economy being owned by Black people.
When your leaders are Black, but your economy is non-Black owned. You really are going to have a lot of the population asking "If this is now a Black-run country, why does it feel like the non-Black population run the economy?", it's not like Guyana, Trinidad or Fiji where you have huge splits. 80,000 out of 9.5 million Ugandans,

That was a traumatic experience for the indians, but Asians never intergrate with the local populations just like in south Africa, those indians in south africa are 100% in India, never heard of an indian with just an African name, i think they were better off sent back to india
