That's a good "pit stop" battery exchange but may I suggest while your into the battery compartment remove and inspect the battery tray for rust and clean out the the nearby drain holes for any stuck leaves or other crud that may have found it's way in there. I like the tip of sliding the battery towards you... That's very helpful.

hiya like your chanel...now how come the larm doesn't go off?...do you have the key in the ignition?

I've read to put the ignition key in and turn to the first position to a stop the alarm going off before disconnecting the negative terminal, did you do this first or is this not a thing? By the way I'm hoping this will build up to be a nice little series, thanks for putting these together Dean!

Yes turning the key once and then disconnecting the negatif the alarm doesn't sound!! 😀
