The problem here is the 2 articles of impeachment are not listed under "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors". Since you will not find “abuse of power” or “obstruction of Congress” under any law it makes the impeachment unconstitutional. Unconstitutional processes passed by either the executive or legislative branch are ultimately dismissed by the judicial branch as unconstitutional. It is the job of the judicial branch to interpret the law and expunge any unconstitutional processes. Like it or not that is the way the constitution is built.
The House (Congress) should hold off on sending any articles of impeachment to the Senate until all these breaking news facts are deciphered. The GOPigs in the Senate need all the info that they can get!... So do the American people!

The problem here is the 2 articles of impeachment are not listed under "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors". Since you will not find “abuse of power” or “obstruction of Congress” under any law it makes the impeachment unconstitutional. Unconstitutional processes passed by either the executive or legislative branch are ultimately dismissed by the judicial branch as unconstitutional. It is the job of the judicial branch to interpret the law and expunge any unconstitutional processes. Like it or not that is the way the constitution is built.

At the very least, silver lining is this tested the system to see if our government is capable of checking itself (be it an end to the many many presidents in a row that have had impeachment talks in the House or be it finding bi-partisan guilt of impeachable crimes). So, probably healthy for this to happen, to see if impeachment has become a partisan tool that can continue to be abused against future administrations of any faction or if it is being correctly used to remove a corrupt anti-America POTUS that wants to 'sell America to the Russians, or whatever the current outrage is'.

C’mon man, even everybody outside of the US knows the impeachment is about Trump trying to use his power as president to extort and force another world leader to do his personal bidding and fabricate dirt on a political rival. That is the definition of impeachable and the fact that you Trumpers insist on it being only a perfect phone call shows just how little information and knowledge you possess...
Lastly let me just say, this is all coming from a outside perspective. I’m neither democrat nor republican, in fact I’m not even American.
