8.6 lbs in one week is terrific!!!!! I have a few family members who take Lyrica and it does cause swelling they tell me! Congrats on your 9 month surgiversary and I hope you don't get too disappointed in seeing others (and me) posting. Remember it's not a race, it's a marathon and you will lose at your body's pace...and I know you will because you are a determined woman! You went from the lounge to walking around stores! That is a huge accomplishment! I used to dread shopping because of the painful knees and feet swelling - it is going to get better and better as you go! I loved seeing your snow pics from Australia! That was amazing to me! I am in the Northern Hemisphere and just can't imagine it snowing in Australia! Someday I must visit you there if I can ever afford to go! Looking forward to your next update!

I haven't lost weight in a while lately either. 3.7kg is incredible!
