The one who shamed maa draupadi, insulted her with filthy words. People always sympathise with him, but that can't make him a great person, only the one who treats women right can become one. As a westerner I can't count the times I had to rewind among so many Hindi words and foreign concepts. I didn't think I would last the whole episode but suddenly it was over, 2 hours plus who knows how many rewinds were gone in what seemed like a few minutes. Lord Shiva is the greatest Vaisnava. His mind is always absorbed in Krishna. “Since Lord Śiva is the greatest soul among the living entities within this material world, his name, Śiva, is very auspicious for persons who identify the body with the soul. If such persons take shelter of Lord Śiva, gradually they will understand that they are not the material body but are spirit soul. Śiva means maṅgala, or auspicious. Within the body the soul is auspicious. : “I am Brahman.” This realization is auspicious. As long as one does not realize his identity as the soul, whatever he does is inauspicious. Śiva means “auspicious,” and devotees of Lord Śiva gradually come to the platform of spiritual identification, but that is not all. Auspicious life begins from the point of spiritual identification. But there are still more duties-one has to understand one’s relationship with the Supreme Soul. If one is actually a devotee of Lord Śiva, he comes to the platform of spiritual realization, but if he is not intelligent enough, then he stops at that point, only realizing that he is spirit soul (). If he is intelligent enough, however, he should continue to act in the way of Lord Śiva, for Lord Śiva is always absorbed in the thought of Vāsudeva. As previously explained, sattvaṁ viśuddhaṁ vasudeva-śabditam: Lord Śiva is always in meditation on the lotus feet of Vāsudeva, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Thus the auspicious position of Lord Śiva is realized if one takes to the worship of Viṣṇu, because Lord Śiva says in the Śiva Purāṇa that the topmost worship is worship of Lord Viṣṇu. Lord Śiva is worshiped because he is the greatest devotee of Lord Viṣṇu. One should not, however, make the mistake of considering Lord Śiva and Lord Viṣṇu to be on the same level. That is also an atheistic idea. It is also enjoined in the Vaiṣṇavīya Purāṇa that Viṣṇu, or Nārāyaṇa, is the exalted Supreme Personality of Godhead, and no one should be compared to Him as equal, even Lord Śiva or Lord Brahmā, not to speak of other demigods.” - Srila Prabhupada purport to Srimad Bhagavatam - Canto 4, Chapter 4, Text 14

His knowledge has deeply impacted my spiritual journey and I’ve been amazed to see my son-who typically doesn’t engage with religious content-so captivated by his talks. Living in North America, I never expected him to be so interested in religious talks. I would love to hear more from this preacher, especially with a focus on Krishna and Vishnu (in depth) as I believe these teachings could greatly resonate with today’s youth. Vinay Varanasi is extremely brilliant, his expertise to narrate with useful content is second to none, he is clarifying so many unsolved mysteries, we need more of him targeting the youth of Bharat and give them a sense and essence of Sanatana Dharma, actually to the whole world.
What saddens me the most is that we weren’t taught any of this while growing up. Everything about these stories, the history is so profound. Every story a moral and there’s so little that we know.
I have been taught. I have read everything including Bhagwat Geeta, Shrimadbhagwat, Ramcharitmanas, Mahabharat, Garudpuran, Satya Narayan katha and many more. It's our home culture. As a brahmin, it's our culture to deep down in history.
I am on am Island far from India but we have been taught in temples and kathas. We just need to seek knowledge and knowledge will come to us, if knowledge doesn't come to us, we can go towards it also ❤

I don’t know anyone else feel the same or not but I constantly have this thought of leaving everything and going to Vrindavan ,I feel like there is some energy which is calling me back and I see things happening around me and also few changes which I never thought I would able to experience. As a muslim recently a voice inside me said to buy mahabarata and bhagavad gita. The voice is so strong that each night after i pray and recite Quran, i recite Bhagavad Gita too. As a westerner I can't count the times I had to rewind among so many Hindi words and foreign concepts. Lord Shiva is the greatest Vaisnava. His mind is always absorbed in Krishna.
“Since Lord Śiva is the greatest soul among the living entities within this material world, his name, Śiva, is very auspicious for persons who identify the body with the soul. If such persons take shelter of Lord Śiva, gradually they will understand that they are not the material body but are spirit soul. Śiva means maṅgala, or auspicious. Within the body the soul is auspicious. : “I am Brahman.” This realization is auspicious. As long as one does not realize his identity as the soul, whatever he does is inauspicious. Śiva means “auspicious,” and devotees of Lord Śiva gradually come to the platform of spiritual identification, but that is not all. Auspicious life begins from the point of spiritual identification. But there are still more duties-one has to understand one’s relationship with the Supreme Soul. If one is actually a devotee of Lord Śiva, he comes to the platform of spiritual realization, but if he is not intelligent enough, then he stops at that point, only realizing that he is spirit soul (). If he is intelligent enough, however, he should continue to act in the way of Lord Śiva, for Lord Śiva is always absorbed in the thought of Vāsudeva. As previously explained, sattvaṁ viśuddhaṁ vasudeva-śabditam: Lord Śiva is always in meditation on the lotus feet of Vāsudeva, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Thus the auspicious position of Lord Śiva is realized if one takes to the worship of Viṣṇu, because Lord Śiva says in the Śiva Purāṇa that the topmost worship is worship of Lord Viṣṇu. Lord Śiva is worshiped because he is the greatest devotee of Lord Viṣṇu. One should not, however, make the mistake of considering Lord Śiva and Lord Viṣṇu to be on the same level. That is also an atheistic idea. It is also enjoined in the Vaiṣṇavīya Purāṇa that Viṣṇu, or Nārāyaṇa, is the exalted Supreme Personality of Godhead, and no one should be compared to Him as equal, even Lord Śiva or Lord Brahmā, not to speak of other demigods.”

His knowledge has deeply impacted my spiritual journey and I’ve been amazed to see my son-who typically doesn’t engage with religious content-so captivated by his talks. Living in North America, I never expected him to be so interested in religious talks.
I would love to hear more from this preacher, especially with a focus on Krishna and Vishnu (in depth) as I believe these teachings could greatly resonate with today’s youth. Thank you again for such inspiring content!
Vinay Varanasi is extremely brilliant, his expertise to narrate with useful content is second to none, he is clarifying so many unsolved mysteries, we need more of him targeting the youth of Bharat and give them a sense and essence of Sanatana Dharma, actually to the whole world.
What saddens me the most is that we weren’t taught any of this while growing up. Everything about these stories, the history is so profound. Every story a moral and there’s so little that we know.
I have been taught. I have read everything including Bhagwat Geeta, Shrimadbhagwat, Ramcharitmanas, Mahabharat, Garudpuran, Satya Narayan katha and many more. It's our home culture. As a brahmin, it's our culture to deep down in history.
I am on am Island far from India but we have been taught in temples and kathas. We just need to seek knowledge and knowledge will come to us, if knowledge doesn't come to us, we can go towards it also ❤

For me, loving krishna is like sunlight on a cold winter day, rain on a hot day, finding your favourite flowers on the roadside, giving away half of your lunch to some cute puppies, stepping your feet into the ocean... all the things that are so small and mundane but bring so much joy.. I don’t know anyone else feel the same or not but I constantly have this thought of leaving everything and going to Vrindavan ,I feel like there is some energy which is calling me back and I see things happening around me and also few changes which I never thought I would able to experience. There is a feeling of having a constant presence of some positive energy around me.

Hi Ranveerr, I watched a lot of your spiritual podcast before including ones for tantra, but never felt this way. The moment I start watching or even hearing this one, I get tears rolling. I am not able to go beyond few mins. I feel like I need more concentration and dedicated time to watch this and go thru all those feelings. Its the same with other vinay varanasi's videos too. He has made me connect with Krishna in a way I thought I had lost.
