That's a first bad experience that people should see that should make them return that device right away or just not purchase it at all because these companies need to have this software up to date and have these things tested before they send them out so that shows you that they're not going to be constantly up to dating their devices when they're supposed to like how the Ally is order steam deck is like for instance I have the Ally and the legion go and I'm not getting that many updates no more from the legion goes so I'm selling that crap lol so I'll stick with my Ally then
@@85crazytechlazI have a Legion Go and Steam Deck OLED. The updates from Lenovo have been a bit slow but I put BazziteOS on mine (SteamOS fork) and the updates are coming in FAST. They've added so much functionality in such a short time it's putting Lenovo to shame.
Still can’t figure it out so just tell me, WHAT is exciting about any intel product? The promise that keeps getting kicked down the road with each release of them “fixing” their shit and returning to the golden days?(golden days of paying all retailers not to sell AMD 😂, or golden days of fanboys beating their chest over chips with no ipc gain)
@@85crazytechlaz the legion go and ally perform pretty much the same but they go back and forth with some games getting a few more fps . Slow updates? Lenovo drops an update every month faithfully and updates every one and responds to comments on Reddit every week .The next update should be out by the end of the week since the beta released last week.

When you compare the chip size of Amd versus this you can already tell the diff. Bigger chip is less efficient just like 3nm is better than 4nm because small surface area requires less energy to boot it. This one is 6nm the same size as steam deck chip but even the perfomance to tdp pales in comparison to RDNA 2
Intel’s new architecture is just as bad as their previous. It don’t matter. We will be seeing designs finalized three to five years ago that they just COULDN’T manufacture because their process also sucked. Now they lean on TSMC’s process but hey what do you know, architecture still sucks.
Meteor Lake is still less efficient than zen 4 😂 and only faster at quite high TDP where the term efficient does not even exist.
Well, MTL came and went. Will Arrow Lake be it? Will Lunar Lake? Panther Lake?
TOO MUCH BIAS and kid gloves for intel. They’re the modern version of 2013 AMD. Bad product and bad drivers.
The media seems keen to keep their relationship with Intel though, this is BAD. Arc graphics is BAD. Battlemage is already taped out and done, there’s NO positive leaks or rumors about it.
Intel has inertia and it will be a long fall, but they’re simply the next straggler. Chart out all the big names that had fabs, at each major stage of process leap several fell off and stopped making new chips.
Now that there is only TSMC, Samsung and Intel we see that only TSMC is really continuing to progress. Intel can rename shit all they want but they’re making their fabs third party and really might sell it off entirely in the near future.
They should have completely divested their fabs 5 years ago.

i think with driver updates it'll keep getting better like the arc gpu's have. the issue they clearly realized by making the battery 53wh is those intel chips need a lot of power and thats hard for a handheld device.
Got excited when i heard about this device but as soon as i saw they were using intel i quickly lost interest.
