I Love you Joyce.
I'm 58, taking care of my 85 year old mother. She's been living with Me 2 year's in June. I start each day thanking the Lord. I still get so frustrated with her, it's so much work. I feel so tired all the time. I talk to God alot. I listen to the Holy spirit. I know the word says the joy of the Lord is my strength. I feel like I try so hard. I don't know where I'm going wrong. I cry alot, and I'm tired. I don't want to put her in a convalescent home. I'd just worry and go there 2 times a day. She still has her memory, I don't want her to feel abandoned. My siblings have all passed away already. I have No help.
I call people, to pray for them.
I go help my daughter, bring over my grandsons, that helps.
I just can't be gone long.
Anyway, not complaining. Venting😊
I do take it to the throne.
If you have extra income to spare..every once in a while hire someone for a few hours and go do something for yourself..even if it's just a walk to the park. Look up nature and flower inspired places to visit..the cost should be fairly low
Hoping it’s getting better for you. All you are feeling is human and okay, when giving so much physically and emotionally to a parent, I imagine deep tiredness and crying is part of it. Saying a prayer for you now.

I went through the same thing with my mom... you have to take time for yourself, or you'll end up resenting your mom and feeling guilty about it when she's gone! I hired someone to sit with her a few times a week... paid for it with her income (pension or social security)... it was a game changer... made it bearable. You're doing great, God sees, and you will get through this. Please get some help with her... she would want you to!
Can you move closer to your daughter or have her move closer. 85 is very young still. You just need more company to make it fun for you. What do you enjoy doing?
God doesn’t promise something and then change His mind. He doesn’t put a dream in your heart and then take it back. What He starts, He finishes. You may not see a way, but God hasn’t run out of options. We think natural, but God is supernatural. He has ways we’ve never thought of. He wouldn’t have allowed that storm if it was going to keep you from your destiny

God gives us free will. Let us all make the choices in our lives that is in alignment with the will of God. Let us all keep our eyes on Jesus. Prayer is not only powerful, but our conversation with God through our Saviour and mediator, Jesus. It's in His name that I ask these things. Amen.

I dnt hardly have words sufficient enough to express how deeply I needed to hear this encouragement today! I've been stuck in the pit of depression and feeling like I have no purpose and I've been pouring myself into God and as soon as I take a step forward it's like I take 5 steps backwards 😔 With all my heart I know that God has a bigger plan for my life and I'm not sure why I can't get that through my head! This was such a blessing and eye opening to me today and I'm truly greatful for TBN for allowing the Lord to reach people like me through this platform! This is not the end for me I just need to step out in faith and cling tight to His Word! Thank you so very much for this today! ❤

woah. the Lord is good. i recently went through a break up and i too was putting all my happiness on that one person. and when he walked away, i was so angry at him. but he walked away because i was expecting so much out of him even tho he was trying his best, he couldn’t satisfy my hunger for his time and love and comfort EVEN THO HE GAVE HIS VERY BEST TO ME. and when God opened my heart to realize that, i didn’t believe Him. i thought i was right. but then i put this video on as background music and i slowly fell asleep and as i woke up she started talking about relying her happiness on her husband. and God really needed to show me this word so Thank You Lord!

thank you Joyce you hit everything that is going on in my life. I have listen to you everyday for quite sometime. Your encouragement to keep having Hope & the reminder of how much God loves me I sooo need right now. Also the reminder that God is working everyday in my life is helpful in that no matter how bad things seem I can look back and see the Miracles God has shown me.
I have a daily conversation with God. I don't think about how small or petty it sounds to me, and I do it in front of others with total comfort and ease. I write letters to God which is prayers in written form. I love it. God reads our prayers just as HE listens or hear them as we pray silently.

For the first time - 31 years of seeking to walk with Jesus in the direction He is leading , causes me think a lot about what was revealed. So - many many years ago I received a couple of rather amazing Prophetic Words . One was I'm going to take 14 steps to have a mountain top experience ( like Moses walked up a mountain - a certain place and saw the burning bush and He heard God speak to him ). Glory to God the time has arrived. Plus I have been given a new " tool " to use. So I keep practicing His Presence and intimacy. It is very amazing , interesting and almost without having to say it - life changing. Christ in me is doing the work ..
