Because it can cause throat,stomach and or intestine discomfort. Some people are not born fully healthy and can't have hot stuff. As in not healthy as normal healthy sense your throat & diegestion has its own made hot oil protectant. To protect your diegestion. To not get hot and burning effect on your anus. Glad I don't have tnis issue. Know those who do.

Hard shell tacos = American Soft tortilla (real tacos) = Mexican Just to clear things up for everyone who doesn't live in the USA. There's real taco places here too but the ones in this video are just the American ones.
commonly tacos are made with cornmeal (hard (fried) or soft), but also can be made with wheat flour (burritos are in this type, the only difference is they're rolled).
