I’ve been looking at houses on, and off the internet for around five years, and this is one of the most memorable houses, it’s absolutely beautiful, and if I were in the market for buying one, it’ll most definitely be the one for me.
I love all the Arizona videos. But Arizona should be ashamed of themselves for allowing investors and contractors to buy up all the land out pricing everyone out of homeownership 😢
All of the land in many of these areas was bought up by developers long before anyone had any desire to live in areas once considered "out in the middle of nowhere", so far outside the city. I'm talking since the 90's in some cases that I'm aware of. The areas of Surprise northwest of the 303 & Grand are an example of this. So, can't be mad at those who had the foresight to see the obvious before it became obvious to everyone else.
For a custom home, I'm wondering why there's: No front landscaping. No formal dining room (although i think the formal living room could be changed to dining.) No fireplace (I live in AZ, and I still love a fire in the winter). No back-splash behind the kitchen counters. And No upgraded stove and vent. But I do like the general layout.
This is beautiful, but they could've landscaped the yard. I think that bonus room would make a great office. I would want a bigger tub and shower with a bench in the primary bedroom. I really didn't expect to see that bedroom and full bathroom off the family room.
Surprise, and I'm talking about the part of Surprise northwest of the 303/Grand that's actually outside of Surprise city limits and falls under Maricopa County, is now starting to look like every other subdivision....sadly. During covid, just about every patch of dirt in this area was snatched up by people from neighboring states, and folks looking to get away from the Phoenix metro area. And yes, all it takes is a drop of water in this area and within a couple days, weeds are popping up everywhere. lol
The house is nice but for $1 million dollars I expect at least a three car garage, larger primary tub and separate vanities. Also appeared dark in the house maybe due to low ceilings or not enough windows
For that price should've had an r v attached plus they could have landscaped that😮 That's a lot of land s m h as someone would say wasted space outdoors
Think they were trying to do that Zero-scaping instead of landscaping of any sort. Couple cactus and a bunch of Creosote bushes spread out...... spend maybe $150...... not sure what happened there
Beautiful

I would be worried about scorpions out in the desert like this
I would make that room the nursery
1 million and no landscaping in the middle of nowhere is crazzzyyyy.
Well I live in arizona and its awful to try to buy ANYTHING.
I would love to purchase a custom home.

It’s a beautiful house. I really love the floor plan. Great family home. I like the flooring choices. Thanks for sharing! This will sell fast.
Arizona is good for leaving the front yards unfinished while over charging for these homes. The same home in Texas wouldn’t even be half million
Nice house not worth $1.1 million look basic but I guess ur paying for that 1 acre of land.😀
Hey fam!! Surprise Surprise🎉 Arizona is growing incredibly fast😢

I totally agree!
Exactly you want to sell this home for 1.1 million have a bigger bathroom. Smh

Beautiful house The layout was a little busy hard to follow but I loved it.
Not even worth it. Flooring looks cheap.

For the price and They couldn't give landscape😭
@@cherylbailey6161 Right smh. Too damn lazy to do that. But want to sell a home for a high price. I thought it was around 500k or 600k
Please dont show empty houses...... squatting is getting insane 🙏🏼
