I'm definitely teetering on Going for it I am currently in a pre apprentice program completing OSHA 30 certifications, Hazwoper40 certs, Confined spaces, Fall protection, etc And almost finished up so about to apply With Local 12 it is about 2 Hours away from me as well. Tested 3 years ago and got a 92. 82 with 10 points for my DD214. Even after 2 years, I didn't get a call. Tested again 2 weeks ago and got an 87, plus DD214 and CDL. Total of 107. I'm hoping to get a call this time.
Have you retaken the test if they haven’t called and are you planning to? 85 score seems high to not get a call back. Just took mine. I think I got around 85 as well. Bummed to hear that.
