      @@pTronIndia it works properly with my smartphone but the audio lags in one buds when connected through my laptop. So please you can give me a solution to this problem.

    Hi pTron, bought this buds yesterday but I'm getting connectivity problem. As I'm taking them out from case they are not pairing also when I connect them with Bluetooth there comes two available devices(pTron bassbuds plus) pls help me with this or else I will have to return them 😞

    Build quality - 5 out of 5
    Sound - 4.5 out of 5
    I gave full to build quality because 1 time it dropped by mistake from 4th Floor to direct ground but nothing happened to it .. 👍🏻 very nice quality

    Hi, i have an issue, the 1st earbuds which i take from box, works fine.. where as the second one wont !! i will have to place again into the box and take it out !! so both the device works ,, kindly suggest if there is any solution !!

      @@pTronIndia Hi Team, Like is said, the 2nd ear bud i take out from the box does not work, I ll have to place it again and take it out from the box, then both the earbuds would work and my product is "Zenbuds 1 ANC , 28Db "

    Bought ptron bassbubds plus yesterday from amazon, the sound is great but the mic is not working. Too much disturbance is heard by the other call receiver what to do??? Cannot talk on zoom meetings with these buds

    Hi I just bought from amazon 1 hour ago the buds are good only 1 problem when u put both buds in the case only the R logo turns green while the L logo does not turn green and left ear buds does not show right light while right one has red blinking light

      Hi Cool_Gamer 755, Please keep the buds properly in the case. Both the earbuds should be placed in their specific slots. L should be placed in L place and R should be in right. And keep the buds properly.

      Hi Manoj Bait, These are the steps to connect “ ptron BassBuds TWS”
      1. Power ON both left & right earbuds then both will flash Blue & Red light alternatively.
      2. With in-15sec both L & R earbuds will pair (match ) to each other then only one earbud will flash Blue & red light alternatively.
      3. Now Turn ON the Bluetooth of your device & search "Ptron BassBuds"
      5. Get it connected with your phone & both L & R earpiece will work together. You can enjoy with your music by following these steps. Thanks for reaching us.

      1. Unpair and power off both the earphones
      2. Charge the earphones upto 100%
      3. Power On both earbuds and wait for 10 seconds so that both will be paired together.
      4. Turn on bluetooth in your device and search for available devices
      5. Select ("Ptron Bassbuds") from the list and click on pair to connect... it will be connected
      Then try to check both are connected properly or not, if still getting same problem, Please let us know, Thank you.

    warranty is given for 1 year but my doubt is that how to apply for warranty if any manufacturing defects comes in one year like charging case problem,charging problem,bluetooth connecting problem, something like that..... the online platforms like Flipkart and Amazon are only giving 1 week to replace or return.... in case if any defect is coming to be detected ... what to do.... I have ordered a pTron basspod Plus today on amazon ..... please reply to this question this is a major doubt in the customers...

      Hi ajeesh a, This TWS has no gaming mode. The latency is ok as per shown from our side. Rest, it also depends upon the network or at the internet speed.

    Hey...I received this product through amazon yesterday..music function is working properly..its too good and I love it..
    But I don't know.. why i am not able answer on call, as other party on call is not able to hear my sound...plz help..
    I have enable both media and call function in my phn..still only media function is working, not calls 😐

      Hi Sonia Chawla, once check by doing troubleshoot for this. following are the steps for the troubleshoot :-
      1. turn off the tws and charge 100%.
      2. unpair with the connected bluetooth device.
      3. restart the bluetooth device.
      4. after 100% charging switch on the tws and first pair the buds.
      5. then pair it with the bluetooth device again.

      Hi, Pick out the both earbuds outside from the charging case and just leave it for 3-5 seconds and both the earbuds will get pair automatically.

    I actually like these buds for the price but I would not as competitive gamer recommend this to anyone for gaming I mean like it has a 1 second sound lag for what ever action u do on ur game like shooting or enemy foot steps u will hear 1 second later n thats a lot Ptro if u have a solution for this pls tell

      Hello Zyphyr, this model doesn't have the gaming mode, that's why there is some lag in the game voice.. but hope you have not face lagging issue while listening music.

    I purchased this but the problem I faced is that the earbuds don't connect/pair/match with each other as it is mentioned in the user manual or here in this video. Not sure if it's a defective set but I'm bit disappointed with my first wireless earphone purchase.

    When i put the both tws in charging case, it doesn't start charging. But when I close the cap of charging case, then it gets charged. Please reply how to solve this issue

      Hello Aaditya Rathor, If the buds are already charged then it will not indicate for charging. And please keep the buds in the case and wait for 1 minute and check that the red light is blinking or not. If the red light is blinking then it is charging.

    I purchased ptron ear buds on June 2021 but it was not working after 1 week it's
    As per ptron guidelines I had send my product ptron support team given address and attach courier receipt, invoice copy, and also mentioned other details and send it on date 2nd July 2021
    as per ptron policy Product replacement will be done within 15 working days but till
    but after 1 month they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them till now I didn't receive my money Its already 2 month completed why ptron takes too much time to resolve an issue i was sended many mails but no response lots of people face same situation

      Hi GAMING 99 YT, These are the steps to connect “ ptron BassBuds TWS”
      1. Power ON both left & right earbuds then both will flash Blue & Red light alternatively.
      2. With in-15sec both L & R earbuds will pair (match ) to each other then only one earbud will flash Blue & red light alternatively.
      3. Now Turn ON the Bluetooth of your device & search "Ptron BassBuds Plus"
