If a great UPT guy goes to F-15's or F-16's, for example, but does not fit well for that job... what happens to him ?

If you are absolutely terrible in the fighters then yes you will not fly them, however with all the 38 training and high g maneuvers you do before it’s rare that someone isn’t prepared
