To use a rechargeable electric toothbrush, just place toothpaste on the brush head and hold the brush at a 45-degree angle, just as you would a manual toothbrush. Then turn on the rechargeable electric and move the brush from tooth to tooth.
You get use to the vibrating Judy, I hated it the first time I used one. Now four years later I can not use a normal one, my teeth do not at all feel as clean and it feels like scraping sand paper across my teeth.
I love Mama's patience for the bears! If I told my grandma "be quiet!" I'd be getting my butt whooped with whatever hard thing she can reach!! Lol. #FilipinoLola's

Guide the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth, holding the brush head in place for a few seconds against each tooth before moving on to the next one. Follow along with the shape of each tooth and the curve of the gums. ps what do you use to keep your teeth so white?
Judy give the electric toothbrush another try. I never liked them either because I was using it incorrectly. It is more effective at removing plaque than a regular toothbrush.
