The alloy of Platinum contains "Cobalt" when they add Cobalt to Platinum this year ill be anle to stick to a magnet. As a jewelers alloy the Cobalt makes melting and casting platinum easier, it keeps the platinum more fluid for avoiding defective castings. Metallurgy is amazing
Your are a Stand up guy for sure and the world could use more real people like you and you could have just gave her the 50 and keep the profit but you didn't even thought she going straight to get dope man after getting out of there your a real one in my book
Platinum is usually not magnetic, but it can be depending on the alloy. Platinum is paramagnetic, which means it's weakly attracted to magnetic fields but doesn't retain magnetism when the field is removed. However, if platinum is mixed with a magnetic metal, like cobalt, it can be attracted by a strong magnet. For example, cobalt-platinum permanent magnets are some of the most powerful permanent magnetic materials available.

And dont know it yet?
It's good to see an honest pawn broker since so many are crooked.
May you forever be blessed for being such an honest man!
It's nice that Methany could stop by
😂
She was so excited how cool!
Drug money is hard to find, she stole those items, that’s not cool at all.
I’m old and techslexic -no idea how the giveaway game works. It’s a great idea though and I’m sure it’s fun for you also. A win-win👍😺
Honest Pawn Guy.. RESPECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy moly ! That's all my wife and I have to say about that woman lol
Fucked up lol
😂
Have to say what? Let’s hear it say it out loud. You and your wife must be some amazing people. Shit is so annoying when people judge someone. Holy
Moly? Beat it you loser. Stop being a 🤡.
Wow, I just saw your follow up video telling us that woman had stolen the silver and jewelry that she pawned with you. Not good. But it still shows your an honest pawnbroker.
Please post a follow up video where you share that you learned the first sellers items were all stolen from a trusted friend who was helping her out.
Thats freaking funny!!He's shady too..he gave her $1,000 for over $2,400 worth of metals...he probably could care less if it's all stolen as long as he's making his money!
@@StevenG222, the ring alone is appraised for 18k
Her next stops. $25 unleaded gas, 24 pack busch light,$50 electric bill..the rest on a few rocks(dealers choice)😅
Naaa that $50 went to her cell phone! 😂 other than that, ur prob spot on!
She needs to be taken care of by the judicial system! ASAP!
All they will do is make her pay money . The judicial system cares only about lining its own pockets. I was in jail once and a kite/letter come through the walls and the county jails ledger was on the back of the letter . The ledger said the jail had made 5,000,000 dollars in just a three or six month period. Meanwhile rapist and domestic violence offenders are getting or'd out while people with a joint of marijuana have to await trial. The system is broken
Oh tend your own garden honey, don't be calling for judgements on others.
@@idahogreen2885, no she sold stolen stuff. Watch the new video
It's great to see honest pawn shop
its so nice to see people that are honest
Thanks for your honesty.
Honesty? You don't buy clearly stolen goods if you are honest.
First time watching you. Thank you so much for being honest with that lady. You could have totally ripped her off like a lot of pawn shops do. New sub now!
One good source of sterling silver is Goodwill stores.
It costs like 50 cents a piece, but sells for a lot more!
Watching this a second time now knowing it was actually stolen 😂😂😂 it was so obvious when she said 'im thinking about keeping this one'
“I’m gonna buy my something” . That’s why she’s in whatever situation she’s in. She should put it in her bank and have it for a rainy day.
An honest human. Amazing
The old Dear with the silver etc..mad as a box of Fogs..but happy to see her get much more $$$ s than she bargained for..
First time I have seen a pawn broker be homest, which is nice; but he just encouraged this lady to hit whatever spot she hit before again.
$300 for the sterling is honest? Take another look.
As in a pawn broker saying anything other than I can give you $20 for this rolls Royce and that's breaking my neck is them being honest.
This is a guy who gone win fa his honesty he will prosper
I like your friend that came in and assessed the piece.
Love seeing one's day made. I hope she spends it well.
It did my heart good to see him with that transaction I was in that business and gun shop and bail bond offices for yrs in 70s and 80s
Shes like woohoo i get tweaker money
I apricate you being honest with her
He is a good man for being honest.. unlike that old lady who stole those valuable items for more drugs.
Chick fil a voucher please? Great job! Fairly treated that woman.
Very useful with the box, just cut it and make it fit. I learned something new.
