They would ALWAYS starve in the winter; discuss disease, child mortality, mothers dying in child birth, thinking the weather was an angry God.
      Have you ever gone one day without enough food and water?
      Humanity is amazing and the progress its made makes us more powerful and capable than any God from "back then."

    Being Norwegian/Gaelic Scottish this is the most uplifting music. Music from of our ancestors. My father has always taught me "Never forget where you come from and what your blood is rich for. More precious than gold itself." Rest heavenly father.

    Is it really so strange that every culture throughout history has its own music? It's what ties humankind together.

    • @alganhar1
      @alganhar1 2 роки тому +3

      Erm, no, it is not really strange.
      What IS strange is people claiming certain genres. For example. 'Celtic' music. Now I am classified as one, I am a native Welsh speaker, but what the fuck is 'Celtic' music? Mostly |I hear Celtic 'inspired' music, but inspired in the same way as the modern Druidism... in that its kinda very loosely based on generally Irish folk music.
      Ignores stuff like Dacw nghariad, Hela'r Dryw, and almost the entirety of the Welsh (Cymraig) cultural aspect. I guess its because the Irish are simply better at selling themselves.......
      So, here is some actual 'Celtic' music you have probably never heard. Hela'r Dryw, the hunting of the wren. ua-cam.com/video/YnKE-cVCrt8/v-deo.html

      @@alganhar1 this is more norse inspired than Celtic? And they're similar cultures that interacted throughout history. We are all one spiderweb of people, groups, cultures, ect. It's not really claiming, it's just a sense of identity. It's music that correlates to old norse cultures, that all

    Love Love Love !!! Thank you Munknörr. This music calls to my Nordic and Pagan ancestory. I absolutely love the chanting and heavy drumming and the combination of African American, Nordic and Celtic sound is brilliantly done, it blends and flows so effortlessly. This is what Mother Earth sounds like. I will definitely be playing this with my next Shamanic Journey and my daily sunset rituals 💚💚

      Well with the Norse dealings of the Byzantine empire, and it’s direct connecrion to Egypt/ Persian and Greek trade. And being hired as mercenaries in these nations, that would make sense.

    Выражаю свою благодарность труженикам канала - музыка потрясающая! На чувственном уровне она значительно дополняет познания о народах, населявших просторы Европы и Скандинавии в дохристианские времена, она приближает к пониманию их Веры, Устремлений, Чаяний, Надежд. Где сейчас у жителей Европы и Скандинавии Вера, Устремления, Чаяния и Надежды их Предков? Где их чувство собственной Чести, Достоинства, Уважения к сопернику и, в конце концов, уважения к себе, как потомкам Великих Предков? Нет их. Я - Рус, говорю вам это. Флаги ваших Великих Предков вам подменили флагами радужных цветов те, чьей целью была и остаётся только одна цель - уничтожение Белой Расы; те, кто кроме себя ("богоизбранного" народа) всех считают скотами. Вы - жители современной Европы и Скандинавии - потомки Великого Одина! И если вы это не вспомните, то участь ваша будет печальна... Музыка на этом канале да будет в Помощь Вам!

      I am a Irish/French American, but when I first heard this music I felt it to my core with every sense awake and tingling, it was then followed by an intense feeling that I was an ancestor of the great Vikings. As far as heritage I only know what my family has told me . My grandparents on both sides moved here 150 years ago and I dont know much beyond that. I feel like there is so much more history lost to me. Through I feel this in my gut and I plan to do a DNA test to see if there is any truth to what I feel .
