Hi Joe, thanks for this interview with Malang Rosalyn. Great to see and hear about families that work together to help the members of the family to succeed. The Filipino people seem to be very family oriented. Unfortunately the family structure has somewhat fallen apart in the United States and it causes a lot of issues when families can't get along and help each other.

I hope Filipinos will keep this culture as newgenerations are slowly following countries such as Europe and America. Sad to say that those countries has lost touch with what family means. The environment is too competitive and stressful that is is almost like an " every man for himself" type of lifestyle now.
it's not like they have any option to move else where. they play the cards they dealt with. just like people would live in the projects. they just get used to the environment.
True but she could have also chosen a different path and it would have changed the outcome of her and her family’s life completely. Amidst all the hardship, she is genuinely happy with her life and what she has done for her family ❤️
