Johnny Lightning is making some great looking vehicles, my favourites are always the older trucks like the chevys... I will have to pick some of these up!

A nice set of castings indeed. I'd probably get the A batch from the two. The '65 Chevy Pickup and the '73 Dodge Charger are my favourites. Thanks once again for the presentation.

Picked up my 2nd johnny lightning this week. 30th anniversary edition it came with a coin and a display stand. Beautiful camaro. I wish we had johnny lightning here in the UK. Ordered both of mine from eBay.
Hi Mark, and once again, another Awesome RaceGrooves "Little Car" video, thanks always for all you do for us little car nuts out here. Can I please make a suggestion, every time I watch your videos I pause them and take a screen shot on my I-phone, that way I can take it with me to the store to look for what I don't have yet, then once I buy them, I delete the photo from my phone. In this video, and many of your video's, it would be a real help if you would both hold the car real still right on camera for about 4 seconds, and make sure it's showing the name of the car, that way I, and probably many others of us can grab that screen shot, when your moving them all the time it's really hard to get a focused moment, or the name on the package, just asking, other then that, your are the KING of 1:64 diecast videos, and we all out here love them, keep up the great work, and thank you so much.

Nice set! I happened to pick up a JL Pontiac Firebird today - I guess the readers of Hot Rod magazine picked some cars for JL to produce and there's a guy named A.J. here in my state of NJ whose Firebird with custom paintjob got picked - I couldn't resist! (1 of 1256)
The Ford F-150 and Chevy Pickup are very nice. I hope I can purchase them soon. Actually the Chevy Pickup is the model used for the Big Kahuna Monster truck and the F-150 was a model for many monster trucks back in the late 80s and 90s like Bigfoot #8!

I have noticed that they're are quite a few videos of them and they are sort of taking over the channel. What if you continued this but only unboxed them when you had all four A,B,C and D cases? (plus you get some very nice cars)
That's what I tried to do but sometimes, there's quite a bit of time between AB and CD. That being said, they are going to stop producing C&D assortments very soon.

Some of these were Toys R Us Exclusives Limited to 168 Pieces and that's why those say Limited to 1,088 instead of 1,256. 1,088 + 168 = 1,256. Weird..
The pop up headlights be great find away to make the suspension open close them then just push down make the suspension go down they pop up again and pop down

Nando Rivera he was playing a cruel joke. Mark is a busy man and he does have videos explaining super treasure hunts but I'll explain a little to try to help out, treasure hunts super or regular are randomly inserted in cases of basic one dollar hot wheels cars. The part about sending in packs that's only when a retailer such as Kmart offers a special release. Mattel will not send a "super".

What that guy said to you was a lie. Not a very nice person. First of all Treasure Hunts and Super Treasure Hunts are RANDOMLY put in cases. Cases that go to ALL stores. Hot Wheels has a 72 car case that stores receive. Each month a new case is introduced. There are letters on these cases that show which its from. RaceGrooves does an AWESOME unboxing video on hot wheels...check it out. As for the mail in. If Mattel or Hot Wheels has a promotion like this they have it on the card telling you...save #upc proofs of purchase to get.....whatever they are promoting. I'm sorry this guy was not very nice. But not all collector's are like that. If you ask a question on one of the Hot Wheels videos someone will give you a decent answer. Good luck and have fun...remember though Super T-Hunts are HARD ro find and they are the 1st thing people grab so you have to be quick.
