Deplorable nature of the road that leads to Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital and Fire Service

This is the nature of the road that leads to the Western Region Referral Center, Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital and also the Headquarters of Ghana National Fire Service. A lot of dead on arrival cases would not happen if this road is fixed, teh response time of the Fire Service would be prompt if this is fixed. We dare ask, do lives matter to leaders in this country?
