Tank!! 15 inch slammed rear with 18 inch tt... I loved that bike at the time (98-04) So awesome you have that frame! Historic piece, I have quite a few of the Props library, and Van was definitely a favorite of mine.

I like your bike , I’m a huge mid school fan , I have a ton of Hoffman bikes , even a 2001 dirt bros patriot , 99 ek Wembley #100 , 97 ek1/ep prototype, my everyday rider is my 03 black pro team condor , 2 Gen RR love handles , Alex supra g 48h black rims , frnt hub is Xs 4x4 48h , rear hub is a odyssey v-3 cassette, primo power bites 175 v-3 , hb skull 39 t sprocket , tank headset , tech 99 , odyssey gtxr gyro , slim by 4 clear pads , hombre breaks 996, primo love hate grips , super tenderizers, rotator tires , and my patriot, dbi top load stem , dbi 2 piece bars , dbi 44 t sprocket, just a back break and it’s a super fat Gen 1 odyssey evolver 2x4 break pads , no gyro , Hoffman x games jalco ddf freestyle pro wheel set , fsa 175 48 spline, odyssey triple trap pads
I wish i can get me a pair of bars like those or milk bars. I don't know how people can hop with such high bars. I need to pull op on them things to get maximum height, I feel like with high rise you can only go so far. As for the frame i ride a barcode. Decked with current gen parts.
Awesome tribute bike!!! But I hate to say it, but that’s not the frame that tailwhipped the infamous kona gap 😬 that frame is in my best friends basement and I see it almost every day. He got it from Dave from pedal driven bicycles also former bike welder from FBM.
Ya that came up after we started this. I have asked around on it and honestly that made it a lil more confusing. Ha! Old BMX dudes and there memories! I do know this was Van's and it was one of his prototypes due tho the cable placement of the cable guides. Van would grind the upper guide off since the placement of it interfered with his lower gyro cable sitting correctly. But I hear conflicting stories about which actual frame it was.lol. Still all in all both you and I get to look at 2 frames that put down a lot of BMX history!
The way that bottom bracket shell is machined is badass.
