Great videos, lovely to see how redditch use to be, wish i had grew up during these times, although had a great time and great memorys growing up in redditch early 80s
Thank you so much for sharing this video. I grew up in Redditch from the early 70's and am fascinated by it's history. I have seen so many photo's of what it used to look like, but seeing it on video brings it to life (especially Evesham Street!) Thanks again.
I never knew Redditch then first came in 1975 when lots of Evesham street had been knocked down, very interesting to see what has survived and what has gone.
Ohh thank you so much for this video, i was born in Reddich 1934 and my Father and Aunties had shops in Evesham St in the 20,s 30,s and just after the war, i had to leave Redditch as i was called up for the RAF in 1952 it,s changed beyond recognition, please if you can lets see MORE !!!
Thanks very much for sharing. I grew up in the old Redditch and thoroughly enjoyed this little trip down happy memory lane.
