32: Ascension Hymns

Today (18th May 2023) is Ascension Day when we remember that the Risen Jesus returned to heaven and took His place as Kings of kings.
Here I am playing four Ascension hymns using Hauptwerk and the Friesach sample sample set and a fifth hymn using my Johannus Opus 377 organ. The five hymns are:
The head that once was crowned with thorns - St Magnus
Crown Him with many crowns - Diademata
Hail the day that sees Him rise - Ascension
Rejoice the Lord is King - Gopsal
Ye gates, lift up your heads on high - St George's Edinburgh
